Astin Accounts Solutions are not your everyday firm of accountants.

At Astin Accounts Solutions, our passion is assisting ambitious, small to medium sized enterprises that require accountancy knowledge, expertise and input – without all the overheads associated with employing a full-time, in-house Finance Director.

We are Isle of Man accountants working remotely for clients based across the Isle of Man, UK, France, Malta, Dubai and Australia. We offer a wide range of outsourced finance services, providing all the support you need to take your business in the right direction.

Lee Astin

Managing Director

Lee is an ACCA-qualified accountant with more than 15 years' experience in finance. He previously held roles with Boston Group, IOMA Group, Catena Media and Ormco before founding Astin Accounts Solutions in 2019.

Lee Greggor

Client Accountant

Lee boasts more than a decade of experience, having previously worked with companies including Abacus, Grant Thornton and Boston Group in Malta, where he worked with Astin Accounts Solutions Managing Director Lee Astin. He works closely with our clients, helping with a range of tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts preparation, tax and VAT returns.

Sarah Spurdens

Client Accountant

Sarah is an ACCA-qualified accountant and an ICSA-qualified Chartered Secretary who has worked in the Isle of Man financial sector for more than 20 years. She previously held roles with Barclays Bank, HSBC, Playtech, Cayman Bank and Manx Telecom before joining Astin Accounts in 2021.

Catherine Tyrer

Client Accountant

Catherine became ACA qualified in 2010 with Ernst & Young, and a Fellow Chartered Accountant in 2020. With thirteen years’ experience across multiple companies in the Corporate Services Provider industry, she brings fresh knowledge and perspective to the team at Astin Accounts Solutions.

Brian Quayle

Client Accountant

Brian’s experience is extensive, spanning over thirty years in finance and includes six years in the gaming/online sales industry. Prior to this, Brian worked in shipping and oil for twenty-five years, first as an accountant, then finance manager, then as a director.

Leona McGovern

Client Accountant

Leona is an ACCA qualified accountant and has worked in the financial sector since 2016, with previous roles at Zedra starting out as a trainee bookkeeper before rising to the position of supervisor. She joined Astin Accounts as a Client Accountant in March 2023.

Joseph Mawson

Client Accountant

Joseph joins us as an ACCA qualified accountant from CM Partners where he held the position of Senior Accountant. He has also held previous positions at Appleby Fund services before joining Astin Accounts Solutions in 2023 as one of our client accountants.

Caroline Hawley

Client Accounts Manager

Caroline is a Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant with over 20 years of accounting experience gained from a variety of industry sectors. This includes 6 years in the eGaming sector where she acquired extensive knowledge of B2C and B2B eGaming while managing the internal accounting function for Xela Holdings.

Our Background

Astin Accounts Solutions was founded by Lee Astin, an FCCA qualified accountant, with extensive boardroom level expertise gained from working across a range of business sectors. During his career, Lee has worked in the capacity of COO, Finance Director, Head of Business Controlling, Group Financial Controller and Head of Client Accounting for organisations in the Isle of Man, UK and Malta.

Understanding what our clients are seeing from the inside looking out gives us the ability to help make informed decisions from the outside looking in.

Our growing team is comprised of talented and qualified accountants with multi-jurisdictional expertise – covering everything from routine bookkeeping to board level strategy. They enjoy the cut and thrust of working for companies who need at-distance accountancy guidance, advice and know-how when it matters most. Throughout, a dedicated member of our staff will always be working on your behalf.
